Anyone purchased an extended warranty online?

I was just offered an extended warranty for $4,323 that would cover me bumper to bumper from 60,000 miles to 125,000 miles (it also runs out as soon as the car is 6 years old). (the basic warranty runs out after 60k miles). It does not cover normal maintenance like filters, tires, oil etc and it does not cover any situation caused by a collision. I am trying to figure out if it is worth it. I can imagine systems will start to fail when the car gets older than 4 years and then it could be a good investment.

Any thoughts?
