Wheel Volume and Phone SIDE KEYS/BUTTONS don't work

The car got into an accident and the wheel airbag blew up, i changed the airbag and the right hand buttons which are the Cruise Control/etc.WORK just fine, howether the left hand side buttons which are the volume/phone/etc DONT WORK, anyone knows what might be wrong or where the connection goes on the Radio????
