Voice Recognition Issues - HELP

When I hit the voice recognition button on the steering wheel, I get a prompt on the screen "Preparing Voice Recognition...Please wait". What the heck is this? What do I need to do for this to work? It has been working and now it does not. ++.

It is a software issue. Just fixed mine. The dealers are useless on the telluride. If you go to the KIA update site, the most recent update will fix it. It fixed mine anyways. Despite what the dealers say it is a known issue.

Sorry for the delay. Did you get this worked out? It does take a long time to update but is actually quite simple.
