Vehicle Status and Notifications

Hi all, for the last couple of months my UVO app would send me a notification after about 5 minutes if my vehicle was left unlocked. It started notifying me out of the blue (it wasn't an option that I chose in the notifications), but last couple weeks it just stopped sending the notifications (again, nothing I changed in the settings). I can set up a notification to alert me if I lock /unlock the doors remotely after it successfully completes the command, but there is no option to notify me if the doors are left unlocked after I exit the vehicle. Also, it is not updating the status of the vehicle in the UVO app at periodic intervals like it used to (again this just has been in the last 2 weeks or so). Any ideas or settings I need to check? I’m having the same issue!! Haven’t figured out how to fix it!
