You get a whiter light from them, and a little brighter at the cost of longevity though.

I wouldn't say whiter. They seem to be at about the same color temp, just brighter. I would agree that longevity sucks for these bulbs, but from experience, I carry replacement bulbs haha.

Did you consider upgrading to LED's or HID's?? Just curious
I've already tried. If you go to where your headlight bulbs are, there is no room for LED or HID ballasts unless you make a hole int he cover and seal it. I've tried the smaller LED bulbs with small ballasts and the ones without and their output is pure crap.
