USB audio imput from flash dirves to the Telluride?

I have reformatted the flash drive to FAT32, loaded book CD's on to the flash drive, but display reads "files not recognized." Does anyone know how what to do to make files recognized and play thru the vechilcle? The dealership we purchased out new Telluride doesn't have a clue.

What format are your audio files?
