I just upgraded the navigation on my 2021 sxp. It will now not recognize my usb so I am no longer able to play my music. When I go to the media the usb is now grayed out. I have no idea why the navigation upgrade made the usb no longer recognize my thumb drive HELP!!
Is there any way to remove the upgrade?
The usb still lights up so it's not dead, and I just used it fine a few hours before the upgrade
