Total electrical failure

Several times my 2024 went completely dead.When I looked at the battery and held my keys nearby it came back to life. One time I couldn't even unlock the doors with the manual key.
Someone mentioned cellphone interference. I have an appointment with a dealer. Eventually I've been able to start it. Anyone experience this?
