Hello. I recently bought a Kia Telluride. My biggest complaint about the vehicle was the exhaust setup. Looks off-balance and awkward but there is no option for quad or dual (both side) exhaust. I asked my dealership if there was someone, aftermarket, that would do the body work / exhaust and there was were no options. I took it upon myself to do the bumper body work and had the exhaust done and it turned out fantastic. It really not too expensive. Bumper, body work, install, exhaust, etc. runs between $2k - $2.5k. Depends on the setup. I've set up a business to modify and install new bumpers for new exhaust for Telluride owners. Please visit tellurideexhaust.com (or suvexhaust.com). You can get the exhaust in both chrome or black (to match nightfall version).

First question, where are you located?
Second question, what does it look like underneath the vehicle?
Third question, got a picture of the black exhaust to match the Nightfall version?
I'll answer your questions in order.
1. I live in Northern California
2. See attached
3. They make the same tips I used in black. Tons of black exhaust tips available. See attach as example. I had this as an option but I don't have the nightfall version.

1/ Shitty for me.
2/ Looks good!
3/ Even better.

Let me know if you start an East Coast shop. I'll make the trip.
I do the bumper modification and ship to you. The molding of the bumper is not simple. Any local body shop can put the new one on. Takes about an hour. Contact me if you are interested.

What mufflers did you go with? I've been wanting to do this myself, because I don't like the sound of the Borla muffler and that was (is) the only aftermarket set-up for the Tellurides currently. But there's no good way to know what a specific muffler is going to sound like with this engine until it's purchased and installed. That is of course unless someone like yourself has already experimented with different muffler options :). Also, I'm assuming you didn't have any concerns running without a spare? My wife drives our Telluride primarily, so I'd do anything I possibly could to route the secondary pipe around the spare if at all possible. But more importantly than the look of quads, the SOUND :-D :-D :-D

I second Worzel. I know of at least 3 very reputable muffler shops local to me alone (Southeast PA) that I wouldn't worry about doing this job right the first time. Put up a posting for recommendations in your local "NextDoor" app, or even Facebook, and you should see the reputable shops rise to the top of the list pretty quickly.

I'll contact you about getting a video with sound. SO AWESOME! I spoke with many muffler and body shops. No issues with anyone doing the mufflers and no issues with installing a new bumper but no one would customize the bumper openings for quads.

My muffler place could not route around the spare. Spare takes up too much room. I usually drive locally so I can get my spare if needed. On a trip, I'll throw it in.
