Recommendations for mods in Dallas area

Looking for recommendations for shops in the Dallas area that can help me with:

- Powder coat wheels

- Black out letters and emblems

- Window tint

Any help recommending shops that did a good job with fair pricing will help.

Also, any places to stay away from?
