2024 Kia Telluride - whenever I get a call or a text from certain people in my contact list they come across as unknown caller or contact. I have disconnected the Bluetooth, I have forgotten this device I’ve even deleted the contacts and re-entered them on my phone. Anybody have an idea as to why this happens?
