I want to mount a US Navy license plate (Got as a Christmas present) on the front of my 2024 telly EX_X. Is there a bracket that comes with the car to mount it to the bumper?----thanks

There is! If you live in a state that requires a front license plate, it comes in/with the car.

I don't know what the part number is but if you live in a state that doesn't require a front plate, I'm sure you can search for it get one.
