Howdy all,
2020 SX with 66,000 miles on it. Just had an oil change 5W30 Full Synthetic and within 30 miles Check Engine light comes on.
Scanned and got P0016 Code: Camshaft Position A – Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 1)(Sensor A)
The car is making no odd noises, starts up just fine, idle seems slightly off and acceleration is feeling sluggish.
Posts online are all over the place about potential for camshaft sensor to have failed or contaminated oil impacting Variable Timing Solenoid Sensor.
I welcome any thoughts anyone has on it before I run it to the dealership
