Not so patiently waiting...

I was wondering the same thing on how long it takes for Kia to download the order. I ordered mine September 23rd, I know not to expect any information just yet. I was told that the whole process would be 3-5 months but that they had been coming in faster. All I have received thus far is the receipt for my deposit. I was told the order was input same day as deposit but that it would take up possibly 3 months for Kia to download the order, the dealership I work with is allotted 30-40 a month. Is this true, that it takes 3 months to see them "accept" the order. I was hoping it would at least be accepted by now...lol. I don't mind waiting, I just like to know it is in the system. I'm beyond excited like everyone else, first brand new car since 1997...LOL

Ours took 2 days shy of 11 weeks, so I am guessing that is accurate. I have read on here where some are waaay quicker. I am guessing it has a lot to do with the dealership? But that is just a guess. It really is frustrating for sure! Hang in there and hopefully yours will be quicker?

Ordered ours on August 8th...still not even a VIN yet! Ugh!

8/1 order, 9/5 Vin, 10/2 Delivered. 9 weeks start to finish. Was expecting November/December.

Ordered our SX in Glacial White with butterscotch on 10-21-2021. Was give an 8-10 week turnaround. Still haven't heard anything, so might be a little longer than 10 weeks.

Waiting anxiously for my 2022 Kia Telluride Black Night Fall Addition. Ordered on 5-12-21 still waiting. Got the Vin # 11-10 and was supposed to come in 11-15 then it moved now it says 11-22. I sure hope so.... 26 wks is a long time.
