I purchased a 2023 Telluride 3 1/2 months ago. The dealership told me someone lost the 2nd key fob to the vehicle I was was purchasing. They assured me a new one was already on order. I was fine with that.. Three months later and several texts telling me it would be in any day....I was recently told they were on back order and they have no idea when I will get my fob..I asked if the fobs were on back order - are they no longer making anymore Tellurides...I was then told - "I dont know - that was what the parts dept. told me". I am very disapointed with customer service on this..I obviously need that 2nd FOB - what are my options..?
