Since then, I’ve been loving owning this thing. For the past couple months, here’s what I’ve done in order:

  • Upgraded from Halogen Bulbs to full HID Kit
  • Changed the emblems and de-badged both front and rear
  • Match the tint on the front windows
  • Got a set of Vossen Wheels
  • Installed tow hitch LED lights.
Took these photos earlier today.

As far as future plans, I want the OEM running board/side stepper and some type of fog lights like that of the SX (since I couldn’t afford one 😭). I’ll update this thread once any of the two happens. 😊

Hows the ride with ,a little wider from OEM 245? And where did you get your tow hitch break light?
There wasn’t any big difference coming from 245/60 to 255/50. I think the ride comparability is almost the same.
With the tow hitch light, I got it from Amazon. It’s made by iJDMToy or something alike. It’s a 4 pin so plug and play on the Telly.

I have seen the moss green - I love but was not available when I purchased mine 6 months ago. I know there is one in my area I have seen- when it’s clean it so cool when dirty it looks dirty. I really like what you have done - can you tell me about the halogen retro - did you have a shop do it and what was the ballpark estimate?

Hey,
I did the HID myself. Everything is pretty much plug and play. You just need to cut a hole that’s about an inch in diameter on the headlight assembly cap/lid, to run wires on and out. Below is the kit I used, with a 5500K bulb:

I test drove an EX back in February that just so happened to have the factory running boards / side step already installed; wasn't my model or color choice, so I passed, but did like the look / function of the running boards!

Were they an easy install in terms of making connections in pre-factory made framing holes setup?
I got them installed at the dealership - they had just received them. It took them 2 hours (it was the first time installing them)to install but I suspect it's a lot shorter time since the framing holes were already there.
