Lift gate plastic trim.

Has anyone here removed all the plastic trim on the lift gate? I know the top piece of trim just pops off and there are two screws to remove for the lower piece of trim but is there a piece of trim on the handle that I need to remove before I start peeling off the large piece of trim? I'm looking to install a rear dash cam behind the licence plate and want to run my cable there.
