KT Side Step option

I just saw a newly created window sticker (car created on 1/27/2020) that shows the add-on option of side steps for $690. It's just begun production today, so is Kia finally adding on the side steps at factory? Or has this been going on for a while. I saw the option removed from Kia Build Your Car webpage a few months ago. Does anyone have Kia factory side steps that could provide a picture?

The one I picked up had it pre installed. I don't see the option on the site when I customize though.

It's actually not as necessary as I thought though. My wife is 5 foot flat and doesn't even use it. Maybe the kids will down the road.
