The OP replaced his door panel speakers with Kicker brand speakers for better sound.

I'm really hoping that I like the sound quality of the Harmon Kardons, because I've had bad experiences with aftermarket speaker installation (buzzing, rattling, etc.) I guess I just might need the right installler.
