So, how do I turn on the A/C or heat via the app? The only thing I can see is setting up some kind of schedule to get either to turn on, but what if I just want the car cooled or heated at a different time?

Yes, the right app is installed.

I have Telluride with the S-trim....don't know if that makes a difference.

I looked at the link for the Manual. My options are different. On the left I have on/off and on the right I have lock/unlock. I don't have the climate control option.

Can you post a screenshot? Maybe check under the on/off to see if there are more settings

Nope, not under the on/off button. The car turns on, but then there is no option for anything else.

As stated by the OP. They are not trying to schedule it to turn on. They want to turn it on, on command remotely. I believe this is only available for the EX and SX trims.
