I've been the very happy owner of a 2020 Telluride S trim Grey with black interior for a year now. I have just over 16k miles....was on track for 20k+ until all of the craziness hit.
My only gripe with the suv is with the Sofino "leather." The salesman was very upfront with me when he mentioned that the higher trims did come with higher quality upholstery, so I was warned to be fair. However, I really wasn't expecting it to wear down on the steering wheel like it is now. I can literally see underneath the top layer to something red underneath in one spot. In addition, it scratches/ tears easily as well in other locations around the cabin.
Is anyone else seeing this problem? Is there something I can do?
