Interior Lift Gate Protector

Does anyone have any ideas on how to protect the interior lift gate? When there’s cargo back there, it tends to slide around and bump into the lift gate and ends up leaving scratches in the plastic.

Maybe try securing the cargo? Use the cargo net or a cargo organizer such as this?

There is a removable floor in my 2024 EX_X that allows you to put groceries and such in the "hole".
