Help with 2020 Auto Dimming Mirror

My 2020 telluride auto dimming mirror w/homelike and compass sometimes work and sometimes doesn't. Sometimes there is no power because you can't see the compass direction. Days it will come on when you start the car, but it goes out while driving or doesn't come on when you start, but comes on during the drive. It's just intermittent, I did unplug it and look at the wire and plug. Replug it up. Anybody else is having the same problem, I dont want to buy a new one yet, just in-case its a wire harness issue.
