Getting to the Jack

The jack is located under a plastic cover on the drivers side in the rear storage area, but I'm not sure how to remove that cover. I assume I should just pull it up and it will pop off, but I've given it a good tug and it doesn't budge. I don't want to break it in case there is a latch somewhere. Advice appreciated.

Pull harder it just pops off
