I am seeing a LOT of initial issues with new Kias and am becoming concerned that maybe I should drive my trouble-free 2010 Highlander another 100K miles.

You will never see a plethora of posts from owners of their cars on another successful trouble-free month. While it is unfortunate to see some of the problems, its good to hear what people are experiencing and how Kia/dealers are handling it. I have been on MDX and CR-V forums and everything I see here feels about par with other brands. I will be testing this theory as I plan a 3k mile road trip after mine arrives. :cool:
