Front wiring assembly

Hi,

I need a help on how to connect the front wiring assembly to the front bumper connector. The wire has a tag (91211s9020) and it needs a connector to get it attached to the black connector in the pic.

The part 91211s9020 is around $1500, is there a way to connect/splice the wire without purchaing the whole assembly? Some wires got cut so they need fuse.
