Exhaust Upgrade

Curious if anyone has done tried a Borla Exhaust on their Telluride? Watch one guy on YouTube do it and got to say if he can do it, I can do it. Liked the sound, but also questioning why do I care what a family SUV sounds like. I constantly laugh at people putting huge/loud mufflers on their cheap 4 cylinders and now look at me. Somebody walk me back off this ledge please.

You do you bro. Why look for someone to dissuade you from something you feel could bring you joy? Life is short!

As a random unknown internet person, if my opinion matters, I say do it. I absolutely like the sound of the borla on this truck. If I wasn’t spending money on other upgrades, I would have done the exhaust upgrade already.

I wouldn't describe it as a rumble.;) It's definetly louder. At hightway speed its not noticeable inside the cabin. I also added the K&N intake. Just did a trip to Florida and back from NJ. Over 2500 miles. A little over 29 MPG going south highway and a little over 30 MPG coming back. A little over 26 MPG overall.

Off topic: do you really think the telluride is considered a "truck"? I referred to mine as one and my brother jokingly said "that's no fucking truck" lmfao. Does anybody else consider the telluride a truck?

When were you able to get the K&N Intake?! Every time I check their site it's been out of stock... and I check a LOT! Notice any increased performance from the intake and exhaust changes? K&N was claiming a pretty decent increase in HP if I remembered correctly.

If you were to limit all automobiles to either a car or truck, then I'd call it a truck... Otherwise, it's an SUV, which is probably the second largest class of automobiles on the road right now, if not the first.

Bought it off the K&N website about 2 months ago. Shopped around and couldn't find it anywhere or for other than MSRP. I never know how to judge an increase in HP. It does get up and go though.
