Deleting previous user on UVO, 2020 LX

Hey, my wife just purchased a pre-owned 2020 LX AWD. It had 1 previous owner. That owner is still logged into the UVO system and we want to set that up (or update it) in order to utilize it. How do we get rid of the previous user and get it under our user information?

Did you ever figure this out? I can't tell if my used 2021 doesn't have the features or if it's still logged in to the previous user
