Dealer Mode/Engineering Mode Achieved, Still No Access To Config Settings

I have successfully gotten into each of these hidden menus and have documented these findings; however, there is still no known way to access the true hidden settings related to the Android OS. Starting this thread as an intel-base for this.

Interesting video clips. I wish they included the actual steps in the description below the video. Engineering mode wasn't too bad, but the first one is done from so far away I have no idea what the heck was being done to activate it.
