Clunk ...

Hi I have a 2020 Telluride I started noticing a clunk sound at the rear of my vehicle. I take it to the dealership and so far they changed the sway bar bushings. They told me my cross member was lose. I keep wondering how this is a new car. Now am waiting for the rear shocks to see if that fix the clunking. This happened any time the car body flex . Anyone else notice this clunk in there's..

I am having patience because I Kno it's fairly new. So the bugs haven't worked out yet. That and the fact I may have gotten one of the ones that was make on a Friday 😂😁.
