Can't lock or open car door eventhough car fob in hand

Hi, I let someone move my car now I can't open or lock my car with the handle. I have to use the lock or unlock button on my fob. Any suggestions?

Try the other FOB and see if that works. If that works, then try changing the battery in the one that doesn’t work.

Hi,

I go through the settings on the car with doors. I didn't reset anything except just select to see whether something was set accidentally. By just doing that, suddenly everything is working again. Thank you.
