I'll reply based on the premise that you're not trying to be funny. :)

They're aftermarket badging, where folks have removed the official North American KIA badges and then replaced them with the "flying K" version that Kia uses on it's vehicles in Korea. You can find forum instructions on how to go about removing the OEM versions (hint: not necessarily easy, and you can damage your paint finish if you aren't careful about it)., and also a variety of youtube videos showing how to do it as well.

You can get badges not only for the front and rear, but also for the wheel hubs, and the steering wheel. Here's one source, and you can also find them on eBay and Amazon.
