Anyone else received a call from Kia requesting to bring the car in?

My husband received a call from Kia requesting to have our Telluride towed into the nearest dealer for inspection. This is our first new purchase in 6 years so I'm a little nervous. Has anyone else received a similar call?

Yes, I got the call yesterday afternoon. Took to the dealership today to perform SA 383. They needed to check the torque on the steering universal joint. I drove my car in. Too much of a hassle to have it towed. I have places to be!

Same here, got a call yesterday about SA 383 and brought the car in today. They had it for a few hours and gave it back.

I haven't gotten a call, does that mean it doesn't apply to me?

I didn't get a call, but I did go in to get underbody rustproofing, tow hitch and cross bar installation. I asked to check for recall and they said no recall associated with my VIN number.
