I live in mostly rural setting rather than city. Perhaps I'm not used to this and may take some time to optimize my experience with efficient use of cruise control, but I'm getting worse mpg than I would normally get w/out cruise control. Perhaps if you could get in to finer details about minute details of your driving experience (the do's and don'ts), it would be extremely helpful. i.e. making 90 degree turn onto another street... do you still have your cruise on? If you turn off the cruise during turn, do you immediately resume cruise control, or do you accelerate yourself and resume once desired speed is reached? Thanks in advance for the tips!
