I've purchased them from ( 3 ) different places, whoever has the best price & free shipping @ the time. These are MOPAR parts.
L/H - ( 1UV47XDVAA )
R/H - ( 1UV46XDVAA )
They are not direct fit, they come with 1/2" holes, one you have to enlarge to 14mm, then measure & locate the C/C of the headrest uprights & drill another 14mm hole.
I've done this mod on my F150 & now ( 2 ) Tellurides...................good luck..
