2024 SX-Prestige Pro won’t let me program the garage door opener

I have followed the manual. I’ve watched videos. I’ve tried using the garage door opener remote. I’ve tried using the learning button on the garage door opener. Absolutely nothing is working. I get the home link activated and it says it accepts the signal. But does not open the door. I’ve programmed numerous vehicles to this garage and I’ve never had this kind of problem. Any ideas?
