2022 Totaled in Not at Fault Accident

Does anyone know what happens when a brand-new Telluride is totaled? It’s almost a yearlong wait for a new one and Telluride go for way over MSRP in my area. Will the at fault party’s insurance pay market rate or make up a number based on MSRP and mileage?

Same as any other vehicle, but depends on your policy and insurance provider. Even though you weren’t at fault, your Agent should engage to be your representative and make sure it works out for you.
