2022/2023 Telluride order tracking?

Is there any sort of order tracking once an order for a new Telluride is established? I think I heard on a YouTube video that a buyer is eventually assigned a VIN number. I'm wondering if there's any sort of order tacking after that point.

I ordered a Telluride SX Prestige Nightfall edition, in Wolf Gray, on 1/15/22 and am not sure if I will survive the 6-8 months that I've been told it could be until delivery.
