2020 Tell ESC Fixes

ESC prevents car from starting. pushing the ESC OFF button sometimes goes away but once car turned off it comes back. See a lot of this issue in forums and blogs but no fixes. Even Dealers don't seem to know the answer unless they are stonewalling the owners. Any solutions? Thank you
