Joe, sorry if I misread your post but did you turn off the rear climate by pushing the "OFF" button in the rear control panel? The Lock Controls feature basically prevents anyone in the rear from changing the temperature settings.

Yes that's an S trim, priced above the LX but below the EX.

From the SEMA vids the Telluride is a very capable SUV. All though without seeing the builds it's hard to gauge how much bracing and suspension tweaks were done.
