Better tires. It’s always my first modification and always the most useful. Sure, a new vehicle comes with new tires, but manufacturers use tires that are always a compromise, often with a focus on economy and longevity. Those priorities aren’t the ones I value, preferring traction and grip...

Not sure how a film would even adhere to the surface. It’s not exactly a smooth screen. Canvasback makes a nice liner.

The Telluride, like many modern vehicles, has many different “systems” so we would need to know where this is displayed. Frankly, your best bet is always to start at your owners manual.

While it comes in different containers, this stuff works great. I’ve used it on exhaust tips and other things for years.

I’ve tried a couple, the best being CarPlay2Air or something like that. Still garbage, with delay and random freezing up. It’s better to just plug it in. Yes, when operating CarPlay (plugged in or wireless with crappy adapter) you still have all radio functionality.

Interesting. I think I have the same issue on my 2022. Only happens occasionally. I may sell mine (EX Premium Nightfall) and pick up a 4-Runner, so it won’t matter.

Sounds more like your dealer screwed up. I’d suggest talking to another dealer.

Go into the Kia app and look to see what the remote start runtime is set to.

Not so sure it will impact the popularity of the Telluride, but I’m glad I have regular gauges in my 2022.

It’s not uncommon for modern computer controlled vehicles to throw random errors and such, so my bet is it was just that. Did your engine sound different? Did you see smoke/steam from engine compartment? If not, it’s likely not an overheating issue. Subaru had some similar problems with lights...

$800 is way off….

I don’t know of any direct replacement and doubt one exists. Have a look at Hella Supertone horns, I know many in the Subaru community have enjoyed success with them. I installed some on an Outback and it was simple and effective.

I’m glad you’re finding what you prefer, but I think all the Telluride models are great looking. On my 22 I added the factory skid plate and some Wildpeak tires, it’s just perfect and looks great. It’s hard to go wrong with the Telluride.

I would first check the settings in cluster menu and make certain the hands-free option is turned off. If this solves the issue then you’ll be able to tell the dealer you’ve isolated the problem to that system. If it continues you’ll have a more complex issue, but surely a warranty one for the...
