I'm with you on this, I feel Kia has been handling these problems very poorly. As a customer I shouldn't have to describe the problem every time I call in, representative should be trained to take better notes. Secondly, making someone wait 30 days for electrical problems without following up is...

Thank you sir for confirming this. Funny thing is when I test drove the Telluride, the salesman said I can plug my MP3 player and leave it in the center console lol.

So the USB port in the center console can't be used for media? Sorry for the silly questions still waiting on my order.
