Somethings are worth waiting for rather than compromising for less in my opinion. The more I read about the Palisade the less I like it. Not that I liked it much right out of the gate. Besides, Telly sounds way better than a Pally............just sayin'. : )

Telluride - all the way. Unless Hyundai installs a coffee maker in the dash or a hover mode - I'm sticking with the T-Ride. Seriously though I think the Telluride looks like it was better thought out i terms of details and finishes. I saw the Kia pictures and wanted to buy it. Not the same...

My complaints / whines in some cases are Canadian model related. Keep in mind I have an SX trim. No standard black alloy rims on the SX in Canada. No standard cargo net included. No standard cargo cover included. (Anyone want to sell theirs if they don't need it?) Huge cavernous center console...

No this isn't mine, same color but mine is an SX . Apparently they had a vehicle there before mine for an initial fitting and then couldn't get ahold of them once the final prototype came in. I came along at the right time so it seems they will be shipping in a couple weeks.

Sadly no, they have a standard discount for anyone who offers their vehicle for test fitting. That's cool though - better than nothing!

I'm happy to report that the fit was perfect so no changes are required on the molds so the production order is happening now...

Honestly - the floating K logo is way cooler than "KIA" no matter how you font the logo. I admit the new KIA looks much better though. I'm wondering if they'll go the Hyundai (Genesis) and Toyota (Lexus) route and develop a premium sub-brand.

Light interiors always look cool but the issue I have with it is when it gets a little older and natural creases develop. Never looks truly clean after a few years. Plus if you have young kids who play soccer or baseball ............ oy. Still, the light and dark combo is stunning.
