Maybe you tried using the App already?
It is not possible to turn off Valet mode if you enter your password incorrectly five times in succession. If this occurs and you want to turn off Valet mode, use the Kia Connect App to reset your Valet mode password...
See here...https://www.kiatelluride.org/threads/2020-kia-telluride-remote-start-kit.909/ Works for me! It's plug and play....Well, I just noticed you're from Canada. You should contact them.
Those buttons are suppose to illuminate at night. Since the lights don't work and none of the switches work, it's probably a loose connector somewhere up there...
You question isn't clear. What did you "upgrade"? What do you mean by "get system in car to make the upgrade"? What did you mean by "car isn't showing it"?
UVO is a service within the infotainment system which requires a cellular connection. The APP in the phone communicates with you car...
You can’t even record when the engine is ON, let alone when it is OFF. You’ll need to get a front/back dash cam that can record when engine is OFF instead.

Yeah, that they charge for remote starting when that wasn't clear early on, plus it's kind of slow. There are some good functions like, better GPS navigation searches, POI upload, etc, but I've move on to aftermarket and don't miss UVO a bit.
Sorry that this happened to you, but did this happen with a Telluride? It doesn't look like a Telluride from your pictures, so you should clarify that point.
I regret getting black.
While it may look nice, it’s a high maintenance color. I think I took it to a car wash more with the KT than with any other cars combined during my entire history of owning vehicles.
If you don’t mind regularly washing and polishing your KT to keep it looking, good...
As you know, that’s not going to be a simple bulb replacement, since those are already LED and not designed to be replaced that way. Its going to be more of a repair job.
That being said you may have to take the mirror apart to see if it can be repaired.
