I love my Telluride!

This is from a 2023 wiring diagram. It shows the license plate lights are from the IPS system. Not sure where that is located, but hopefully gives you a clue. It seems to indicate that there is not a fuse.

I only use Bosch, too. I found a rear one on Amazon. Lots of comments that it fits a Telluride perfectly and it fit mine. BOSCH H326 Rear Wiper Blade; 13" - Single

MY guess is that it is the external temperature sensor, as that's where they're usually located.

You have to climb in the back and there is a manual release at the bottom of the tailgate. You put your key into it and slide it to manually open.

It is above the threads in a groove designed for the O-Ring. Please remember to coat the full O-Ring with engine oil. I hope that helps!

Just to be sure - are you putting the O-Ring in the right position? Also, is there any impediment where the body of the filter cover connects with the engine? Did you coat the O-ring with engine oil? Tightening torque : 31.4 - 38.2 N·m (3.2 - 3.9 kgf·m, 23.1 - 28.2 lb·ft)
