Auto-leveling Shocks

I have a travel trailer with something like 500 pounds of tongue weight. It lowers the back of my 2022 telly and it doesn't return to level after driving a little ways. Shouldn't it? I am supposed to have the auto leveling shocks. How do I identify to be sure?
