Does Kia have a VIP number for Telluride owners?

I've read that Stinger owners have a dedicated phone number 855-4-KIA-VIP (855-454-2847). Anyone tried contacting that number to resolve their issues?

I have been dealing with Kia Consumer Affairs for over a month. The person that I spoke with Debbie is supposed to be taking care of Telluride Owners. She was very helpful. After I had another issue I was sent to escalation department and my Rep was amazing
