22" is really the perfect size for the Telluride. First one looks really pricey, but my vote goes to 2 and 4 because it suits the Telly better.

Ok I have a stupid question. I dont know much about offset.. I found a set of 20x8 5x114.3 rims the current tires are garbage and finished... the have a tires 255/45 20... technically would it be okay to just swap the OEM 18s or is there something needing to be done?

THIS SET UP WILL BE PERFECT WITH 20" wheels and 275/45R20 Goodyear Eagle LS2's. make sure you go with 38ET

That's your wheel offset. The lower the number means the wheels will stick out more from the center of the wheel.

Ok but will it cause damage if I keep the offset of the stock 18s and just switch for the 20?

You can switch to 20" or 22" and it will be fine as long as it's within the proper offset and wheel width.
