Just ordered online from Kia USA . Luckily I have someone in the US to ship to , otherwise I would be waiting for dealers here in Canada to eventually get a few ....and with no priority list . Boating season could have been a bust !
I called to confirm and they told me they are in stock and ready to ship ! He noted they get several each week , and they are flying off the shelves.
Thanks everyone for the investigative work in regards to part numbers . Cheers .

$ 466.03
shipping $82.06
$ 548.09 total USD

I got a call about a week ago that my hitch has arrived. They will be installing it tomorrow. Mine was also a throw these in for free or else package deal along with cross bar. I think they got me on the lease interest rate so they're probably not losing anything.

I should have bargained a bit better lol. They wouldn't even give me all weather mats for free.

Does anybody know how much the dealer charges to install the hitch?
Mine quoted parts at ~$720 (or $750, can't remember) and labor/install at $150.

For the record, I installed (with my dad's help, as a second pair of hands) it yesterday... kind of. Turns out there is welding spatter that's blocking a bolt hole, so I'm taking the car in to the dealer to have that fixed later this week. Kind of frustrating because the job could have been completed (on pace for a ~2hr job) and also because the factory had painted over the spatter. QC fail. I don't knows much about cars beyond changing tires, oil and brakes. But I can follow instructions and doing it myself (with help) was more than doable.

Yes, unfortunately I wasn't able to use the shop as they were busy. So, I had to do it by myself on my driveway. I was too occupied by preventing the hitch from falling on my face to take pictures LOL.
LOL that's completely understandable. How did the install turnout and did you install the wire harness too?

Yes, I installed the OEM 4-pin harness as well. The install was easy if you're mechanically inclined. It took me about an hour to complete. The instructions tell you to move the muffler out of the way but, I suggest you to just take it off. Taking the muffler off will make it a lot easier to move around.

Thank you, $150 is not bad at all for installation.

Installed the hitch on saturday with no issues , everything fit very nicely and the instructions were very good . They even mentioned using a thread chaser for the weld spatter ( my threads were clean ) I removed the muffler and let it hang down on the passenger side rubber hanger to gain better access for my torque wrench . Luckily I have a lift and was able to do it in about 2 hours , not rushing and taking a few breaks to yell at the kids .
Used Telly yesterday for her first tow , she did very well pulling our 17' boat . ( 2800 lbs roughly maybe a bit more with gear )
I love our new ride !
